What this is

MudkipSlagvivor is an asynchronous Survivor-style party game provided as a hobby project. By signing in, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian.

How you may use it

Please do:

• Play the game in good faith and respect other players.
• Keep gameplay information private where the game asks you to.
• Use your real identity (or a recognizable handle) in profiles.

Please don't:

• Harass, threaten, or send harmful content to other players.
• Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or otherwise abuse the service.
• Use the service for any illegal purpose or to violate the rights of others.
• Impersonate someone else or misrepresent your identity in ways that could deceive other players or the host.

Hosts and players

Hosts run their own seasons and are responsible for the conduct of those seasons within these terms. Players are responsible for their own gameplay actions, votes, and any messages or confessionals they submit.

Account suspension and termination

The site operator may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or otherwise disrupt the service. You may also stop using the service or request account deletion at any time (see the privacy policy).

No warranty

MudkipSlagvivor is provided "as is." The site operator makes no warranties about availability, performance, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. The service runs on free tiers of third-party providers and outages, data loss, or rule changes may happen.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Maximum total liability is the amount you paid for the service (which is zero — the service is free).

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new "last updated" date at the top of this page.
